Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AWS Connect solutions, including new applications or modifications to existing systems
Analyze existing operations and recommend enhancements or updates
Maintain and improve current processes in response to evolving requirements or platform updates
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
Create and maintain process flow documentation
Develop solutions within integrated cloud environments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale development environments
7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platform
3+ years of experience working specifically with Amazon Connect
3+ years of experience using Node.js, Python, or Java for development
3+ years of experience designing call routing and messaging systems
Deep expertise in AWS Cloud and AWS Connect development
Strong knowledge of IVR systems, ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and live chat functionality
Experience documenting and designing process flows
Solid verbal and written communication skills
