Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 including user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security configurations
Provision, image, deploy, and maintain laptops and other hardware across their lifecycle
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate networks, servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud services
Monitor alerts and logs, respond to incidents, and maintain backup and recovery processes
Diagnose system outages, performance issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks
Manage access provisioning across SaaS platforms and on-prem environments
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware, software, and networking services
Support IT and DevOps-related projects through to delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or IT Support Specialist
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Solid understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and virtualization
Experience with device imaging and deployment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and a service-focused mindset
Current CCNA or RHCE certification
Current IAT II compliant certification
Preferred
Automation or DevOps tooling such as Ansible, Packer, Python, or Bash
Linux and Windows server administration
Security monitoring and incident response
Familiarity with CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance frameworks
Additional certifications such as Security+, Microsoft, AWS, or Azure
