Office Assistant
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a company specializing in a wide range of cleaning and restoration services. They are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Assistant to manage day-to-day front office operations, including answering calls, scheduling jobs, and supporting payment follow-ups.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and messages; provide friendly, professional customer support
Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars
Call new leads promptly from Angi.com and Thumbtack.com, qualify needs, and book appointments/estimates
Perform customer follow-ups (estimate follow-up, post-service check-ins, review requests)
Make collections/payment follow-up calls and document outcomes
Update customer/job notes in the CRM and keep accurate records
General office admin support as needed (invoices, job files, routing messages)
Qualification
Required
Confident phone skills and comfort making outbound calls (leads + payment follow-ups)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, calendars, CRM systems)
Professional, calm communication style
Preferred
Experience in home services (cleaning/restoration/plumbing/HVAC) scheduling or dispatch
Experience with invoicing, AR, or payment collections
Familiarity with lead platforms (Angi, Thumbtack) and responding quickly to inquiries
