Business Office Manager/HR
Watermark Retirement Communities is a leader in senior living, dedicated to fostering a compassionate culture for residents and associates. They are seeking a Business Office Manager/HR who will manage day-to-day operations in the business office while also handling Human Resources tasks such as onboarding and benefits administration.

Responsibilities
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
Medicaid billing experience may be required based on state acceptance
2-4 years’ experience in a financial role in a Senior Housing Setting preferred
Excellent organizational
Experienced Human Resource leader
Comfortable with the state labor laws
Must have payroll experience
Computer and systems literate
Proven leader

Expertise in AP/AR/Billing and payroll
Skills and experience in Human Resources to onboard new associates
Administer benefits and orientation
Understanding and upholding employee law
