Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Finance workstream for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, ensuring alignment with SaaS constraints and industry best practices
Conduct client workshops, validate requirements, and oversee configuration for Finance processes
Manage integration points between Finance and other modules (SD, PS) and external systems
Drive program governance for Finance scope, including RAID logs, status reporting, and risk escalation
Collaborate with Engagement Management and Technology leads to ensure cross-functional alignment
Validate solution design, testing, and cutover deliverables for Finance
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and public cloud limitations (no custom code beyond allowed extensibility)
Support organizational change for Finance processes, including training and adoption strategies
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience
SAP S/4HANA Public cloud certifications
Expertise in Fit-to-Standard methodology for public cloud implementations, including gap analysis and mitigation strategies
Strong knowledge of Finance processes in professional services – General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, Cost & Profitability Analysis, and Group Reporting
Experience with Revenue Recognition, Engagement Billing, Forecasting, and WIP Management in project-based service delivery
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, sprint-based delivery, and PI planning cycles
Integration experience with tax engines (OneSource), vendor systems (Coupa), and banking interfaces
Delivery Leadership
