Responsibilities
Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions
Configure Workday modules based on client needs, including business process setup, security, reporting, and integrations
Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Financial Management module (e.g. Capital Projects and Business Assets)
Develop and deliver user training and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to clients
Stay current with Workday updates and new features, recommending enhancements as appropriate
Participate in project planning, status meetings, and client presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
1+ year(s) of experience implementing Workday Business Assets and Projects
1+ year(s) experience with capital project accounting (including Work-in-Progress accounting)
Workday Finance Certifications including Project Services and Business Assets Services required
Preferred
Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
Experience consulting or working for higher education clients
