Recommend and defend submissions with deep olfactive and brand knowledge
Guide perfumers with precise, strategic feedback on olfactive direction
Detect trends and propose proactive fragrance ideas across brands and categories
Lead key fragrance development projects from brief to win, managing timing, quality, and team collaboration
Use Firmenich tools (Project Master, Encyclopedia, Collection) to capture and share knowledge
Participate in defining and executing the category strategy (with CI, CMI, Technical, Sales, and Perfumers)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in fragrance development in the air care and surface care categories
Strong track record of project wins and successful olfactive recommendations
Demonstrated ability to mentor and influence others
Expertise in both olfactive structure and brand/market positioning
Consumer Insight analysis
Bachelor's degree
