Responsibilities
Unleash creativity by artistically arranging live and artificial flowers into stunning bouquets, wreaths, corsages, and decorations
Blend colors, textures, and styles to craft unique pieces that reflect imaginative vision
Design centerpieces for weddings and cheerful bouquets for customers
Work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak seasons
Lift up to 40 lbs for handling flowers and materials
Ensure attention to detail in every bouquet and wreath
Qualification
Required
Some floral experience, and wedding design experience is a plus
Willing to work flexible days, evenings and weekends and holidays
Able to work long hours during holiday periods
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Attention to detail and exceptional creativity
Able to bend, climb, twist, squat and stand for extended periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must have reliable transportation and good attendance
Knowledge of the techniques of cutting flowers, decorating and display
Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and catering to their requirements
Ability to come up with innovative ideas
