Talent Space, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Service Technician for a long term contract in Roseville, CA. The role involves supporting the testing, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic test equipment while providing technical support to internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities
Perform testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and assembly/disassembly of electronic instruments
Diagnose problems and implement solutions to meet performance and specification standards
Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers
Document all service work accurately and maintain compliance with safety and quality procedures
Coordinate effectively with field service teams and customer contacts to ensure satisfaction
Support continuous improvement and drive innovation within assigned technical domains
Qualification
Required
Practical experience in electronic testing, calibration, and repair
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in interpreting schematics and technical documents
Clear communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Relevant technical degree or certification in electronics or engineering technology is required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in calibrating and repairing electronic test equipment is required
Relevant education, specialized training or certification, or military experience is required
Strong PC Skills, proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office are a must
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Solid electronic and mechanical competency
Works with defined objectives on customer service tasks, which may be repetitive in nature
Troubleshoot and resolves technical issues of limited scope and complexity
Performs equipment adjustments, calibrations, and basis repairs
Escalates more complex repairs to senior technicians as needed
Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external contacts
Upholds high standards of business ethics
Consistently contributes to team performance and service delivery goals
Uses time and resources wisely, maximizes existing assets, multi-tasks effectively, and follows best practices for resource care
Maintains high workmanship quality and reliably meets commitments
Communicates professionally with internal and external customers, initiating customer interaction when appropriate
Follows established production processes and is responsible for meeting team production targets
Preferred
Experience working with test and measurement instruments is preferred
Experience working with high-voltage and current instruments is strongly preferred
Experience with automated calibration software platforms (STE, PC-based systems, METCAL, TME, etc.) is a plus
PMEL is desired
