As an Outside Sales Consultant you will call-on and develop relationships with commercial building owners/managers, and facility managers
Generate and present cost-effective HVAC maintenance programs to qualified prospects—and secure annual service agreements
Use Salesforce to optimize your time
Continually enhance sales skills and industry knowledge, to promote professional image
Coordinate with operations to ensure the delivery of legendary service
Qualification
Required
3+ years of successful outside sales experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Disciplined self-manager
Coachable to our sales process
Driver's License (Required)
Relocate before starting work (Required)
