Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Kinaxis solutions
Design, configure, customize, and deploy Kinaxis RapidResponse applications
Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams to optimize supply chain processes
Support testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer activities
Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot application issues
Ensure timely and successful project delivery through stakeholder coordination
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (hands-on configuration & customization)
Proven experience with end-to-end Kinaxis implementations
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, including: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP
Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification (Level 1 or above)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis experience (6–8 years overall experience)
Preferred
Exposure to advanced Kinaxis modules and integrations
Experience in global or multi-country supply chain environments
Knowledge of ERP and data integrations (SAP, Oracle, ETL, etc.)
