$60/hr - $70/hrTEKsystems is currently seeking a Network Engineer for a 1-year contract to hire opening. The role involves designing, deploying, and supporting SD-WAN/SASE solutions, managing network monitoring and alerting, and enhancing security through data center network traffic visibility solutions.

Responsibilities
Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting SD-WAN/SASE solution
Provide administration and regular maintenance for Firewall. Work with security team on policy enforcement and threat prevention features
Experience supporting EAP-TLS based user and device authentication with RADIUS in Network Access Control (NAC)
Manage/Tuning Network monitoring and alerting in an enterprise environment
Improve network operation and resiliency with routing protocols such as BGP and OSFP. Redistribution between routing protocols
Enhanced security by developing data center network traffic visibility solutions (e.g. application dependency mapping and/or micro segmentation)
Improve network performance, redundancy, and security utilizing LACP, VLAN, STP, HA technologies
Track performance and troubleshoot connection issues (e.g. authentication failures, weak signal) in Wireless
Experience with private virtual networks (vNets), VPN, controlling traffic with services like Network Security Groups and Azure Firewall, DNS, and Load Balancer in Azure Networking
Working experience with SSL certificates operation (e.g. enrollment, issue, and revocation) and private Certificate Authority in PKI
Experience managing and supporting enterprise-wide multi-location networks
Familiarity with network security best practice - Zero trust, network segmentation, PoLP
