Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls regarding customer orders, updates, and troubleshooting issues, as well as assist the sales team with processing contracts and invoices.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls regarding customer orders, updates, and troubleshooting issues
Conduct follow‑ups with customers via outbound calls and emails
Assist the sales team with processing contracts, invoices, and supporting projects
Manage a typical call volume of 40–50 calls per day
Qualification
Required
1+ year of customer service (retail, restaurant, property management welcome)
Empathy and action‑oriented mindset
Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook required; Excel training provided)
Typing speed of 45 WPM
Strong critical thinking
Preferred
Any type of office experience
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience handling tough calls
