Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center
Provide information about products and services
Demonstrate knowledge and active listening skills
Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods
Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts
Advise members on additional products and services
Ensure optimal member experience and customer service
Qualification
Required
Customer service expertise
Proficiency in data entry
Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
Call center operations
Compliance with policies
Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
Preferred
Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles
Background in banking/mortgage or professional high-volume retail environments
