1+ years expLuxe Cabinet & Stone is a growing cabinet and flooring wholesaler serving the greater Seattle area. They are currently looking for an Office Associate / Marketing Sales / Interior Designer to assist customers, support marketing efforts, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Learn and maintain strong knowledge of the company’s cabinets, flooring, and related products
Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email at our Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue locations
Support marketing and sales efforts by introducing products and solutions to customers
Provide a high level of customer service to homeowners, contractors, and designers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
Support the sales and design teams in increasing qualified sales opportunities
Assist with customer follow-ups, outreach, and relationship management
Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship eligible)
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Fluent in English; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is highly preferred
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Team-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Preferred
1 year of B2C and/or wholesale experience preferred (not required for recent graduates)
Background or interest in interior design is a plus (not required)
