They are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager or CEO to drive the company's efficiency and expansion, working closely with the co-owners to automate processes and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

Automate and optimize core business functions, including billing, contract management, scheduling, recruiting, and business promotion
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and support sustainable growth in a private medical practice setting
Collaborate with our offer manager, Kelly Smith, who will serve as your direct assistant to handle administrative tasks and support initiatives
Analyze and implement best practices from healthcare or related industries to elevate our service delivery and contractor satisfaction
Contribute to long-term planning, including potential expansion of our CRNA team and contract portfolio

Required

Proven experience managing private medical practices or equivalent skills gained from another industry or role (e.g., operations management, consulting, or business development)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

An MBA or MHA is beneficial but not required—we value practical expertise and a proactive mindset above all
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, billing systems, or anesthesia services is a plus
