Responsibilities
Performing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Assisting with month-end close processes
Preparing financial statements and reconciliations
Utilizing accounting software to manage general ledger entries
Qualification
Required
Experience with taxes and tax preparation
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
Ability to generate financial reports and conduct reconciliations
Strong customer retention skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in bookkeeping and recordkeeping
Preferred
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
Experience with payroll software such as Accountants World and QuickBooks online
Experience with tax software such as Drake
Administrative skills for file management and organization
