Executive Administrative Assistant
Place Mosaic is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive/Administrative Assistant to support weekly operations. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating logistics, and assisting with hiring and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Draft, edit, and organize correspondence and internal communications
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Track tasks, deadlines, and project priorities
Assist with email management and follow-up
Draft and post job descriptions
Maintain job postings across platforms
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Support onboarding processes
Maintain workflow systems and simple process checklists
Assist with vendor communications and basic procurement activity
Coordinate communication between clients, partners, and subcontractors
Provide general administrative assistance as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Equivalent work experience is welcomed and valued
Preferred
Experience in administrative, executive assistant, or operations roles
Wichita-area candidates preferred
Preferred: Associate degree in Business, Office Administration, Communications, or related field
