Responsibilities
Convert complex investment banking and M&A workflows into structured, AI-ready deliverables
Build, review, and annotate high-quality financial models, including LBO, M&A, three-statement, and valuation models
Create and refine investor-grade materials such as IC memos, CIM sections, and diligence reports
Review and improve AI-generated financial outputs for deal accuracy, rigor, and clarity
Curate and structure datasets to train finance-focused AI systems
Collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teams to capture real-world deal dynamics
Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related domains
Hands-on transaction exposure, including live deal execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling
Deep expertise in valuation methodologies such as DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, and LBOs
Proven ability to produce clean, investor-ready work products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
