Support revenue generation and operational execution by coordinating inside sales activities, procurement processes, and quality control standards
Act as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow, timely delivery, and consistent product quality
Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
2+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, procurement, or operations
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Prior experience in sales coordination or operations roles
