Qualification
Required
Expertise in Data Governance and establishing robust frameworks for structured and compliant data management
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in Data Management and ensuring the integrity, storage, and accessibility of data within the organization
Familiarity with Data Science methodologies and statistical tools to support data-driven decision-making processes
Experience in overseeing Data Quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other compliance practices
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field
