Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Start your day by connecting with Regional Leaders across the company, setting strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with BeMobile’s vision and Verizon’s objectives. You’ll mentor, coach, and empower leaders to reach their full potential
Drive Performance: Monitor sales metrics, analyze company-wide results, and implement strategies to exceed revenue, service, and performance targets across multiple locations
Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. Guide your leaders in developing their teams, fostering engagement, and creating a culture of accountability and growth
Operational Excellence: Oversee and drive operational consistency across all regions, ensuring that each store operates efficiently with streamlined processes that enhance the customer experience and support business goals. The Area Sales Director must monitor areas for process improvement and standardization, ensuring consistency in execution across the entire organization
Regional, District, and Be2B Engagement: Travel frequently between locations to stay connected with teams, address challenges, and maintain visibility. Ensuring all departments work together strengthens the core of the business. Your presence ensures consistent execution of BeMobile standards
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to regional initiatives, and provide insights to support business growth and innovation
Lead by Example: Whether it’s rolling up your sleeves on the floor, coaching leaders, or problem-solving complex challenges, you’ll model the behaviors and values that drive success across your region
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail sales, with at least 5+ years in a multi-district or regional leadership role
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple Regional Leaders and District teams across a broad geographic region
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Demonstrated success in driving high-volume wireless or telecom sales
Ability to interpret KPIs, forecast trends, and create action plans that drive revenue and profitability
Skilled in building strong leadership pipelines through hiring, coaching, and succession planning
Experience managing sales training, team development, and employee engagement programs across a large region
Capable of overseeing multi-market operations, setting expectations, and ensuring consistency across districts
Comfortable managing area P&L, budgeting, and cost control practices
Capable of inspiring and aligning diverse teams across states or markets
Willingness to travel frequently within the region to ensure visibility and field support
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Must have a valid driver's license and meet BeMobile's Vehicle Policy requirements for driving
