Responsibilities
Research topics, craft hooks/outlines, coordinate shoots
Edit long‑form (8–15 min) and produce shorts (15–60s)
Generate titles, thumbnails, descriptions, end screens
Post on all platforms, monitor performance, iterate from data
Manage a lightweight bench (thumbnail designer, captioner)
Qualification
Required
Portfolio with long‑form + shorts you fully owned
Strong pacing, captions, and storytelling instincts
YouTube IQ (titles/thumbnails/retention)
Tooling: Premiere/Final Cut, Frame.io/Dropbox, Descript; After Effects/audio a plus; comfort with drones/gimbals
