Responsibilities
Show properties to buyers and provide an exceptional client experience
Build rapport with buyers and represent the team professionally in the field
Assist with buyer consultations and help identify client needs and preferences
Host open houses to showcase team listings and engage potential buyers
Provide feedback to the lead agent after showings
Use local market knowledge to answer basic questions about homes, pricing, and neighborhoods
Support lead agents in converting showings into contracts
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
Comfortable with technology and mobile tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and punctual
Coachable mindset with a desire to grow into a producing agent
