Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries and requests within a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center
Provide accurate information about financial products and services
Execute transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts
Engage with members using active listening and multiple system adaptability
Advise members on additional products and services that may benefit them
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in customer service and data entry
Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
Ability to comply with policy and handle high-volume calls in a structured setting
Preferred
Experience in call center, administrative, secretarial, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments
