Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of signs and lighting projects
Ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols
Coordinating installation schedules
Supervising team members
Using industry-standard tools and equipment
Maintaining quality control
Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction and timely completion
Work in outdoor environments
Operate machinery when necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience in installation, assembly, and operation of tools and machinery relevant to sign and lighting installations
Proficiency in team leadership, project coordination, and scheduling
Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in outdoor environments and at elevated heights
Valid Class B driver's license with a clean driving record
Class B Commercial driver's license (CDL) is required
Previous experience in the sign or lighting industry is required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
