Responsibilities

Test our AI Dispatch product using realistic truckload dispatching scenarios
Evaluate load assignments, routing, pricing suggestions, and optimization outputs
Provide structured feedback on usability, accuracy, and workflow fit
Identify gaps between real-world dispatching practices and system behavior
Suggest improvements to features, UI/UX, and operational logic
Participate in short feedback sessions or interviews with our product team

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience as a truckload dispatcher
Strong understanding of load planning and matching
Strong understanding of deadhead minimization
Strong understanding of rate negotiation and margin management
Strong understanding of driver hours of service (HOS) constraints
Strong understanding of broker and shipper operations
Experience with TMS systems and dispatch software
Ability to clearly communicate feedback and real operational challenges
Comfortable testing early-stage products

Preferred

Experience with both owner-operators and fleet dispatching
Familiarity with optimization or AI-based dispatch tools
Experience providing product feedback or QA testing
