Responsibilities
Doing maintenance, repair, replacement and fit-out work
Providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems
Residential plumbing and basic knowledge of electrical systems
Submit to and pass a background check and drug screen
Possess current valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Own set of basic hand tools
Qualification
Required
Experience as an HVAC Residential Service Technician
Ability to perform maintenance, repair, replacement and fit-out work in existing facilities and/or homes
Must submit to and pass a background check and drug screen
Capability of providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems
Knowledge of residential plumbing
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Current valid driver's license
Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Own set of basic hand tools
