Enterprise Sales Manager

They are hiring a Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead XED’s enterprise growth across North America, focusing on building relationships and expanding their presence in the executive education ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Build and convert a robust enterprise and institutional pipeline across North America
Originate and close complex enterprise deals from discovery through transition to delivery
Develop long-term partnerships with universities, business schools, and senior leaders
Represent XED across industry forums and partner engagements in the U.S
Translate market insights into focused growth plans and white space opportunities
Lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives and ensure commercial alignment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of enterprise experience in North America across strategy, partnerships, or business development
Proven ability to engage and influence senior institutional and enterprise stakeholders
Executive communication, commercial acumen, and comfort with ambiguity
Based in New York City Metropolitan Area with periodic travel across the U.S
Preferred
Strong exposure to the executive education ecosystem (UNICON experience preferred)
