Required
Proven track record of success in CRE debt advisory or related fields
Consulting and Business Development experience to establish and maintain client relationships and identify new growth opportunities
Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate finance industry, including capital markets, financial instruments, and experience negotiating complex financial transactions
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, market trends, and client needs
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, real estate, or related field required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred
advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or CFA designation
