Lead and oversee SG Consulting Firm’s global strategic sales strategy, aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives
Define sales positioning for consulting, technology, and advisory offerings targeting institutional audiences
Establish structured sales frameworks, account strategies, and revenue plans across priority markets
Ensure sales initiatives reinforce credibility, trust, and long-term institutional relationships
Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting consulting services, fintech solutions, and new market initiatives
Drive institutional client acquisition and pipeline development in partnership with marketing, advisory, and executive leadership
Develop account-based sales approaches targeting banks, asset managers, exchanges, fintechs, and financial sponsors
Optimize client journey, engagement touchpoints, and conversion strategies across channels
Build and manage senior relationships with decision-makers across financial institutions and market infrastructure providers
Structure strategic partnerships and co-selling models that enable scalable revenue growth
Represent SG Consulting Firm in high-level negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Strengthen SG Consulting Firm’s positioning as a trusted institutional advisor and fintech partner
Translate complex market intelligence, analytics, and technology capabilities into compelling client value propositions
Provide feedback to product, consulting, and leadership teams based on market needs and client insights
Position SG Consulting Firm’s offerings competitively within evolving financial and digital asset ecosystems
Support pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy aligned with market realities
Implement KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models linking sales activity to revenue outcomes

Continuously refine sales processes, messaging, and engagement strategies based on performance insights

Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or professional services
Proven success in building and scaling institutional sales functions in global or high-growth environments
Strong understanding of financial markets, consulting-led business models, and fintech-enabled solutions
Demonstrated expertise in complex solution selling, enterprise sales cycles, and partnership-driven revenue models
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required

MBA or advanced degree preferred
