Required

Strong proficiency in Xactimate, including accurate and detailed repair estimate writing
Demonstrated ability to manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to timelines
Ability to interpret, review, and reconcile scopes of work provided by insurance companies with the actual scope performed by contractors, identifying discrepancies and advocating for supplements when necessary
Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes, including documentation and scope alignment
Proven ability to budget and manage subcontractor costs, ensuring projects are completed within allocated budgets
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
