Responsibilities

Analyze job failures on datastage Application & on Unix server
Code migrations
User creation & assignment of roles
Work with IBM Support for tool related issues
Unlock jobs/sessions
Good understanding of Shell scripts & Python code
ControlM
Take action for failures as needed (kill, force-complete, hold etc.)
Configure SAP & Unix jobs
Calender updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading ControlM agents
Work on Pagerduty Configurations
Gentran
Understanding of Maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts
Analyze custon Java programs
Configure/debug Stored procedures on MS SQL

Required

6-8 years experience with IBM Datastage
Good understanding of Unix servers, shell scripts, Cron jobs & Relational databases
Working experience in Python Programming
Creating and debugging shell scripts
Analyze job failures on datastage Application & on Unix server

Work with IBM Support for tool related issues
