This part-time, remote role involves applying deep expertise in valuation, deal modeling, and complex transaction analysis across a range of real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrated 3-statement models, operating models, and cash flow projections
Lead valuation work including DCF (WACC build), trading comps, and precedent transactions
Develop deal models such as LBOs, M&A, and accretion/dilution analyses
Create industry-specific and bespoke models (sale-leasebacks, REIT conversions, NAV, carve-outs)
Conduct advanced due diligence including unit economics and cohort analysis
Clearly communicate model assumptions, outputs, and implications to senior audiences
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or strategic finance
Expert command of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication ability
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a remote, high-performance environment
