Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow module implementation and configuration
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Manage integrations with third-party systems
Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows
Experience with integrations and data migration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced module expertise: ITSM required, and one or more areas preferred:(ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio)
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong ITIL and digital transformation background
Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL V3/V4, Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Preferred
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS, ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
