Responsibilities
Assist in managing various underground utility and environmental construction projects
Prepare bid packages for new construction projects
Assist with general office administrative dues including payroll, accounts receivable, union reports, and certification maintenance
Job requires candidate to occasionally visit job sites to support field operations
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
Must be willing to work in-office in Wall, NJ with occasional field work to support project operations
Must be committed to learning about the construction industry
Preferred
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or related field
