Responsibilities
Develop and maintain brochures, flyers, pamphlets, sell sheets, and marketing handouts
Ensure brand consistency across all materials for both Gallagher, Patriot, Longevity and Forrest Fence Co
Create and update email signatures, templates, and internal branding materials
Coordinate with print vendors and manage production timelines
Assist with website updates, content edits, and basic optimization
Support digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns and promotions
Collaborate with leadership and outside vendors on larger digital projects
Manage and update company LinkedIn and Facebook pages
Create engaging posts highlighting products, company news, events, and culture
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
Support company events, trade shows, open houses, and customer-facing initiatives
Prepare marketing materials and signage for events
Partner with sales leadership to support customer outreach efforts
Organize marketing assets and files
Track projects, deadlines, and priorities
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and brand presence
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of marketing experience (B2B or manufacturing preferred)
Strong graphic sense and experience with marketing collateral development
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting sales teams or industrial/manufacturing companies
Event marketing or trade show experience
Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and analytics
