InternAdvanced Security Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spring Intern to support their Business Solutions team with various accounting and bookkeeping projects. This internship provides hands-on experience with client financial data and exposure to real-world accounting systems and processes.
Security & Investigations
Responsibilities
Assist with updating bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Support monthly and periodic account reconciliations
Help categorize transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, review, and cleanup
Assist with documentation of processes and client records
Support the Business Solutions team with special projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when working with client financial information
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles (coursework acceptable)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
