Dispatch and Customer Service Coordinator
Doo Doo Blues is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator and Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role supports daily operations by assisting customers, managing route schedules, and ensuring service accuracy across assigned territories.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, products, and scheduled routes
Manage the dispatch board with daily check-ins to ensure routes are properly assigned and completed
Adjust and move routes as needed due to scheduling changes, holidays, weather, or staffing needs
Monitor service completion and proactively identify, document, and resolve missed or incomplete services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer and service-related issues efficiently
Document and update customer records, route changes, and service notes based on interactions
Maintain and update internal knowledge of services, routing processes, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch coordination, scheduling, or operations support
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with dispatch boards, CRM systems, and route management tools
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Workspace or similar tools
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
