Mid LevelTarmack is seeking a US-based Audio Project Lead to coordinate small-group voice recording sessions in English and Spanish. This operations-focused role involves sourcing participants, scheduling sessions, and ensuring recording readiness while maintaining clear progress tracking for reliable weekly outputs.

Responsibilities
Source and onboard adult participants for structured group audio sessions
Schedule sessions, manage confirmations/reminders, and handle rescheduling when required
Ensure participants follow simple recording best practices (quiet environment, clear audio, punctuality)
Maintain accurate records of participation and completion in a tracker (who joined, what was completed, what is pending)
Coordinate basic quality screening and resolve issues quickly (e.g., re-record requests when needed)
Provide weekly progress updates and support payment readiness through verified completions
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
Strong coordination and stakeholder communication (email-first operations)
Comfort using spreadsheets/trackers; high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple participants professionally and keep sessions on track
Preferred
Experience in operations, community management, vendor coordination, or participant programs
Familiarity with online recording tools and remote session facilitation
