Responsibilities
Attracting new clients to CommPayHR's services
Managing and growing existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue
Cultivate and maintain relationships with (Centers of Influence/COIs) to generate referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan
Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network
Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections
Qualification
Required
Passionate about building relationships
Experience in driving growth in Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Timekeeping services
Ability to attract new clients to CommPayHR's services
Experience managing and growing existing client relationships
Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas
Ability to partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics
Experience collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns
Participation in professional networking groups and events
