You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, navigating complex people-based problems, and using your influence to bring new clients into the Mike Ingham State Farm family
You are comfortable making calls and taking risks, even when you don't have 100% of the information
You speak with energy, conviction, and authority
You’ll face shifting priorities and new challenges daily, requiring a mix of analysis and creative thinking
You will have the independence to set your own objectives and the self-reliance to hit your goals without someone looking over your shoulder
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers
Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
Preferred
Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred
