Recognized nationally as bond counsel and listed in the Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace Directory
Strong knowledge of public finance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Ability to prepare, review, and interpret complex financial and legal documents
Proven experience in advising government entities on financing structures
Skilled in representing clients before state regulatory bodies
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple financing projects simultaneously
