Responsibilities

Maintain a professional, calm, and solutions-oriented demeanor at all times
Read, filter, prioritize, and respond to emails as appropriate
Maintain and manage the Supervisor’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time
Handle daily and weekly scheduling with clear task ownership and follow-through
Perform accurate data entry of sensitive and confidential information
Maintain strict confidentiality across all communications and records
Support task tracking, follow-ups, and accountability across priorities
Help with personal errands and personal projects
Be action-oriented and diligent in executing assigned tasks
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
Maintain organized systems and documentation to support decision-making
Participate in regular structured sync meetings (daily or every other day) designed to:
Off-load executive to-dos, follow-ups, and action items
Review the calendar two weeks out and optimize time allocation
Track and close action items from prior meetings
Provide executive-ready materials, links, and context for decision-making
Give project updates, flag roadblocks, and confirm completion
Surface only the most critical emails or decisions requiring executive input
