Establish pricing strategy, promotional discipline, and margin governance

Qualification
Required
Candidates should have at least 25 years of professional development experience, including holding final decision-making responsibility in corporate organizations
Extensive experience in sales strategy, commercial planning, or senior sales leadership
Proven track record designing and executing sales strategies within retail environments
Strong expertise in forecasting, pricing, and revenue optimization
Experience operating within structured, governance-driven organizations
Comfortable partnering with executive leadership on long-term sales planning
