Telecom Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist
JAWEX is a company focused on telecom offerings, seeking a proactive Telecom Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist. This role involves identifying opportunities, initiating conversations with business owners, and closing new telecom service agreements.

Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and outreach to small and mid-sized businesses
Identify and qualify telecom needs (VoIP, phone systems, SIP trunks, UCaaS)
Conduct discovery conversations and schedule demos/meetings
Recruit, onboard, and close new clients you personally originate
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline in the CRM
Collaborate with owner for pre-sales support
Track activity, deals, and progress through weekly reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with outbound outreach and initiating conversations
Sales, business development, or client-facing experience (telecom or tech a plus, not required)
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently
Coachable mindset — you take feedback and apply it quickly
Comfortable working with CRMs and basic sales tools
