Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to create long-term opportunities
Conduct buyer and seller consultations, understand client needs, and present suitable properties
Host open houses to showcase team listings
Manage the transaction process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth experience
Attract new clients and cultivate repeat and referral business
Use local market knowledge to confidently answer questions about homes, pricing, market conditions, and neighborhoods
Qualification
Required
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
Overcoming objections comes naturally
You are a strong communicator and committed to service
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-motivated, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
