Qualification
Required
Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams while fostering a collaborative work environment
Strong business acumen, including skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
Knowledge of senior living operations and familiarity with regulatory requirements within the healthcare or senior housing industry
Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff
Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges and maintain operational excellence
Ability to build and sustain a positive and engaging community environment for residents and families
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
Preferred
Advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is preferred
Experience in senior living or a related field is highly desirable
