Director/ExecutiveTalentsearchpro is a high-growth B2B SaaS company seeking a Vice President of Product to lead and scale their product organization. This role focuses on AI-first strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to shape product strategy and drive customer-centric outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product vision and execution for a portfolio of developer tools and technical products
Position the product organization—and the company—as AI-first, ensuring AI capabilities are thoughtfully embedded into product strategy and roadmap
Partner with executive leadership to scale product expertise across the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundation with a background in software engineering
Proven experience building and scaling developer tools or developer-focused products
Prior leadership experience managing 6–10 direct reports
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, ideally at or beyond $100M ARR
Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while building scalable systems and teams
Comfortable working across time zones, including occasional early-morning meetings
