Financial Planner
The Retirement Solution (TRS) is committed to helping families enjoy a worry-free retirement. As a Prospecting Planner, you will connect with prospective clients, lead discovery conversations, and work closely with the planning team to ensure relationships are managed professionally.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand goals, priorities, and retirement options
Collaborate with Associate Planners to develop initial strategies
Deliver seminars, webinars, and community education events
Maintain a disciplined prospect pipeline with clear follow-up and documentation
Transition relationships seamlessly to Servicing Planners
Operate with professionalism, empathy, and fiduciary standards
Qualification
Required
Series 65 or 66 required
WA Life & Health License required
Strong communicator, comfortable in public-facing settings
Organized, disciplined, and collaborative
Preferred
Experienced in client-facing financial planning or wealth management (5+ years preferred)
CFP® strongly preferred
